CHEREE CRISCI | Clinical Director, MFT

Charee Crisci is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 14 years of experience in the Recovery industry. Specializing in trauma, addiction, and attachment issues, Charee approaches therapy from a holistic perspective, integrating mind, body, and spirit into her work. As a certified sound healer and Reiki practitioner, Charee offers a unique therapeutic approach, blending traditional therapeutic practices with energy healing techniques to foster deep healing and personal transformation. Her passion lies in helping clients rebuild their lives, strengthen relationships, and cultivate a sense of well-being.

Christina Wilson | EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Christina Wilson is a multifaceted leader with over a decade of combined experience in the recovery industry having a background in the healthcare system, admissions counseling, residential care, sober living management and program development and curation. Her original career path in the hair industry made her incredibly personable and great with relationship building and professional development, always looking at what innovative opportunities were available and how to better take care of the people she was working with which continues to shine through in her role as Executive Director at Honeycomb. Christina’s approach to continuing to grow programs and lead others to a successful path to recovery is developed from her own personal experience as well as having helped those she loves redirect their lives to become the best possible version of themselves.

KATE JEHUE | Assistant Clinical Director, BA

Kate Jehue brings over a decade of experience in addiction treatment to her role as Assistant Clinical Director at Honeycomb Wellness. Known for her direct yet compassionate style, Kate supports both clients and clinical staff with equal parts structure, heart, and a healthy dose of humor. Her ability to say the hard things directly, with kindness—and occasionally a well-timed joke—makes her a trusted presence in the treatment community. Kate is a CADC-I and is currently finishing up her B.S. in Psychology. Outside of work, you can find her crushing CrossFit workouts and living up to her unofficial title on the team: Buff Kate, or being proudly outnumbered by her two miniature dachshunds, Biscuit and Maple.

Tess Wilkinson | CLINICAL COUNSELOR CADCI 1

CLINICAL COUNSELOR CADCI 1 Tess brings with her more than five years of personal and professional experience in addiction and recovery services. She finds meaningful purpose in providing a safe place for others to tell their truths, and guiding her clients to regain hope for a better future. She is trained in motivational interviewing and evidenced-based practices, with a strong working knowledge of the 12-steps. She received her Associate’s degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences and Humanities, and pursued a BA in Communications and Media Studies. She is an incoming graduate student at UC Berkeley School of Journalism– pursuing a long-time passion for writing and documentary filmmaking. She is an advocate for social justice, a lover of all forms of storytelling, and deeply passionate about nature and all living beings.

JANE KELLY | Counselor, cadc i

Jane is a certified alcohol and drug counselor with a deep personal commitment to helping others overcome addiction and find lasting recovery. Drawing from her own journey in recovery, she brings compassion, understanding, and real-world insight to her work. With a strong belief in the transformative power of treatment and 12-Step communities, Jane is dedicated to guiding individuals toward a happier, more fulfilling life. She creates a supportive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to take meaningful steps toward healing and personal growth. Fun facts: Jane grew up in the Pacific Northwest but has become a true Californian over the past 30 years. She has two kids and two cats, was a punk rocker in Seattle, and still enjoys the music of that generation.

BEL CAMPBELL | OPERATIONS, RADT

Bel Campbell has worked in the recovery field for over 10 years, dedicating her career to guiding individuals—especially women—toward healing, self-discovery, and lasting personal growth. With a compassionate yet honest approach, Bel empowers her clients to overcome addiction, cultivate deep connections with themselves and others, and uncover their purpose. She believes in meeting people where they are, offering support without judgment. Outside of her professional life, Bel nurtures her creative spirit through art, drawing on her background with a BA in Design and Marketing. She also treasures time spent connecting with her three sons.

CORTNIE WEBB | CLINICAL COUNSELOR, CATC-1

Courtnie Webb is deeply passionate about working in the treatment field, where she has the incredible opportunity to help women rediscover their strength, heal from within, and truly thrive. She finds nothing more rewarding than watching someone bloom into the person they were always meant to be. Courtnie brings heart, hope, and a whole lot of encouragement into every connection she makes. Fun fact: Courtnie is at her happiest when she’s out in nature or spending time with animals—both of which keep her grounded and remind her of the beauty found in growth and connection.

Keli Mcguinn | Counselor, RADT

Keli McGuinn is a dedicated and compassionate counselor specializing in substance use recovery, with a heart for helping women reconnect with their authentic selves. Her approach blends evidence-based practices with deep empathy, curiosity, and a belief in each client’s inner wisdom and resilience. With over 13 years of personal sobriety and a strong foundation in 12-step and client-led modalities, she creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered in their healing journey. In both individual and group settings, Keli draws from personal and professional experience to support clients with respect, humor, and an open mind.Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, collaging, and taking part in clean and sober community events. Wherever someone is in their recovery, Keli believes that healing is possible—and no one has to go through it alone.

FRANCIS HOLMES | FUNCTIONAL NUTRITIONIST

Frances Holmes is a Functional Nutritionist and Integrative Grief Practitioner in addiction, recovery, and mental health. She educates on Nutrition for Sustainable Sobriety™, emphasizing the importance of proper nutrition to support and replenish vital nutrients for recovery. Her services teach the power of nutrition, critical for body and brain health. Through diet and lifestyle modifications, those in recovery learn ways to create energy, balance moods, enhance sleep, and improve focus. As an Integrative Grief Practitioner, Frances also addresses the somatic aspects of loss and grief, recognizing their significant role in recovery.

Christian Freeman | MARKETING DIRECTOR, BA

Christian Freeman brings a creative and mission-driven approach to his role as Marketing Director at Honeycomb Wellness Center. With a background in digital strategy, brand development, and community outreach, Christian is passionate about connecting individuals and families with the resources they need to begin healing. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California and believes deeply in the power of storytelling to break down stigma and foster trust.

Dave Ford | CEO, SUDCC, CAI

Dave has been working on the front lines of substance abuse and mental health care for the last six years here in Northern California, diligently helping clients and families on their path to recovery. He is a Certified ARISE® Interventionist (CAI) and Certified Substance Use Disorder Counselor (SUDRC). Dave has worked in medical detox settings, co-owns and runs a local sober living business, and specializes in working with entire family systems for long durations of time. The love he has for the work that he does has a profound effect on the clients that he works with. Dave is a true leader and man of integrity within the local recovery community.
