Honeycomb Wellness Center is an addiction and behavioral health treatment program that offers Day Treatment (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient (OP) levels of care for women. We offer treatment programs designed to help women build a long-lasting and integrative support network for sustainable and joyous recovery. The biopsychosocial-spiritual model takes a whole-person approach to recovery ,recognizing that addiction is a complex issue that requires a multifaceted solution. This model recognizes that biological, psychological, social, and spiritual factors all play a role in addiction, recovery, and that all factors are interconnected and influence each other. The biopsychosocial-spiritual model integrates biological, psychological, social, and spiritual factors into a comprehensive approach to healthcare. This model emphasizes the importance of addressing the whole person, rather than just treating isolated symptoms. By addressing all of these factors in a comprehensive treatment plan, individuals in recovery can achieve lasting success and lead fulfilling lives free from addiction.
Prioritizing physical wellness as part of the recovery journey by way of regular exercise and healthy eating habits not only helps promote physical health but boosts mood and reduces stress levels. Along with the physical benefits, taking care of our physical wellbeing can help rebuild self-esteem and confidence and improve chances of sustained sobriety. Exercise can also help us develop a sense of discipline and routine, which can be particularly beneficial for those in recovery.
Addiction is often linked to underlying psychological issues such as depression, anxiety, or trauma. By addressing these issues in therapy, we can learn coping strategies and develop a better understanding of our behavior and patterns.
